Undergraduate Research

South Dakota State University is dedicated to supporting student research and scholarly activities. SDSU has two new formal opportunities for undergraduate students to present their work to the campus community.

Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activities Day

To recognize SDSU undergraduates for their scholarly accomplishments, stimulate their future scholarly activity and provide an opportunity for them to present their work, SDSU’s Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Day will be Thursday, April 10, 2008. The opportunity to participate in URSCAD is open to all undergraduates. Student presentations will include poster, art or media presentations, and audio or visual presentations of materials, projects, or performing arts. Journal of Undergraduate Research

Students are encouraged to submit products of scholarly activities to the SDSU Journal of Undergraduate Research. The Journal welcomes submissions by undergraduates in all majors, and is intended to be a publication outlet for undergraduates conducting formal research at South Dakota State University.

June 1, 2007 is the deadline for submissions to be published in the South Dakota State University Journal of Undergraduate Research.
