Renee Gildemeister is the HEAT System Administrator for Information Technology Services and is also a Senior Computer Support Specialist. Her job duties include, but are not limited to, managing the HEAT servers and application, and managing the Knowledge Base.

- B.S. in Business Management from CSU

Certification/Experience:

- Customer Service Management and expereience for 12 years

- Help Desk Manager Certification/Help Desk Institute

- Certified Administrator in HEAT
