Ryan LefersRyan Lefers

Ryan Lefers is an Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering major from Corsica, South Dakota. While at SDSU, he spent two summers in Uzbekistan working on an engineering project to clean up drinking water contaminated by the Aral Sea. In fall 2003, Ryan studied at the American University in Cairo, Egypt, on a National Security Education Program scholarship. Ryan also helped form the SDSU chapter of “Engineers Without Borders.”  His career goals are to work in the Middle East or Central Asia someday.
