What to Bring to the VA Office

Chapter 1606: (Currently Enlisted Guard and Reservists) you need to get a copy of your DD214, your NOBE, and Kicker Contract.  You need to bring these to the SDSU VA Office.  In addition you will need to complete the VA General Information Form and the VA Form 22-1990.  The SDSU VA Office also needs a deposit slip or voided check.  Please keep in mind that ST. Louis will take about 65 days to process your information after they receive it.  So the sooner you get your information together and into us, the better it is for you.

Chapter 30: (Prior Active Duty Service Members) bring to the SDSU VA office a copy of your DD214 and a deposit slip or voided check.  Also, complete the VA General Information Form and the VA Form 22-1990 and bring them with you to the SDSU VA office.

Chapter 31: (Disabled Veterans of all Branches) you need to contact the Sioux Falls or Rapid City VA before you plan to attend SDSU, and they will handle all of the necessary paperwork there.

Chapter 35: (Spouses and Dependants of 100% Disabled Veterans) you need to come to the SDSU VA Office to fill out two informational forms.
