Step 1: Students need to sign and return your Financial Aid Award/Resources Letter and Federal Stafford Loan Request Form to the SDSU Financial Aid Office.

Step 3: If you are a first time PLUS borrower or would like to change lenders, you must complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN). This may be done online, or by requesting a paper application from the financial aid office. If you had a PLUS in the previous year for the same student, you do not need to complete the MPN.
