	American Association of University Women: Female Junior with cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better

	Edna McLouglin Bowles: Female, non-traditional students; Any grade level

	Ray & Vera Chapman: Female Junior or Senior with a cumulative 3.5 GPA or better

	Leadership (Joint application for Baxter, Matthews & Denn, and Vandall/Wahistrom Scholarships): Leadership & activities (Little I or government involvement for Baxter), Junior or Senior, (Senior only for Matthews)
