Premier Community Scholarship www.firstpremier.com: Application available from First PREMIER Bank or PREMIER Bankcard. 

• Either the parent of the student must be a current customer of the bank at the time of the application for one of the fifteen scholarships for 2008 high school graduates.
• Student must be a U. S. Citizen.
• Student must be a high school senior.
• Student must plan to attend a South Dakota accredited post-high school college, university, technical school, community college or junior college.
• Students must provide confirmation of enrollment to the South Dakota accredited school.  Payment of the scholarship will be made directly to the school.
