Either the parent of the student must be a current customer of the bank at the time of the application for one of the fifteen scholarships for 2008 high school graduates.
Student must be a U. S. Citizen.
Student must be a high school senior.
Student must plan to attend a South Dakota accredited post-high school college, university, technical school, community college or junior college.
Students must provide confirmation of enrollment to the South Dakota accredited school. Payment of the scholarship will be made directly to the school.
