VISION The Loan Collection Office will provide services in an efficient and effective manner by utilizing creativity and innovation.
VALUES We are committed to satisfy our borrower's needs. We will respond to all requests with courteous, accurate, and prompt service. We will create an office atmosphere that is respectful, ethical, friendly, and most importantly, service oriented.
GOALS - Build Student Loan records in a timely fashion - Insure the accuracy and maintain the safe keeping of the original promissory notes - Provide accurate and timely billing information - Conduct exit interviews, process deferment and cancellation requests - Maintain and balance individual loan accounts and activity accounts - Prepare federal and state reports - Report timely and accurately to NSLDS and National Credit Bureau - Working together to create a positive work environment

Your Credit Report This is a reminder that a Credit Report is available for you and it is a good idea that you check your credit report at least once a year. This is a courteous reminder as there is Identity Theft that can adversely affect your lives and by checking your report will help alert you of an erroneous charge in your name. The web site is http://www.annualcreditreport.com  This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commoly called a credit report, once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. AnnualCreditReport.com is the official site to help you obtain your free credit report.
