Student Accounts and Billing Information
Every student at SDSU has a student account. Most university financial transactions are processed through the student account. These transactions might include: Tuition & Fees, SDSU Residential Life charges, SDSU Meal Plan charges, Parking fines, Library Fines and other associated costs. Each time you register, cancel, or add courses, a charge or credit is posted to your student account. Most Financial Aid and Scholarship money is credited directly to your student account. After charges have been paid, any excess financial aid is refunded to the student in the form of a check. These net checks are disbursed at the Cashiers Office windows on the second floor of the Administration Building. Students may view their student account online with SDePay which is accessed through WebAdvisor .
