Tim Creal started with the West River Graduate Center in 1997 teaching in the Educational Administration division. He teaches two courses, Supervision and Introduction to School Administration/Practicum. Tim received his doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of South Dakota in 1998.

Tim is also the Superintendent of the Custer School District. He has been in education for 29 years; 16 in administration and 13 as a math teacher and coach.

He enjoys collecting baseball cards and other sports memorabilia and has a goal to watch a baseball game in every major league stadium. He enjoys spending time with his wife Darla, who works for Kahler Financial Group in Rapid City and daughter Leah who lives in Boston.
