Paula Degnan teaches for SDSU in Gillette, WY. She is a full time Professional Staff Development Specialist and has taught for 37 years.

She is a certified trainer in Time To Teach, Frameworks for Poverty, TESA, and PESA. She also teaches classes in Qualities of Teaching and Learning, Human Relations in the Workplace, and Cooperative Learning. In addition, she teaches classes for those who want to substitute teach in Campbell County, and works with student teachers. For SDSU she teaches the class, "Education in a Pluralistic Society". She is also an Instructional Coach for first, second, and third year teachers in Gillette.
