INTEL International Science and Engineering Fair Forms

This page will provide links to the ISEF rules and forms which are needed for the Eastern South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair projects.

The ISEF forms and rules can be found on the Science Service web page.

*Find Science Education Programs tab.
*Click on Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
*In the frame on the left side of the screen, click on Forms and Document Library.
*All of the rules and forms can be downloaded and printed.
*Most of the forms are PDF files which require Adobe Acrobat reader. This is a free program. Go to www.Adobe.com or www.acrobat.com to download the program.

The 2008 forms have changed and the number of required forms have changed.  Read the Rules Book and forms.  Other forms may be required if applicable. 

We recommend that you send your packet of information in as early as possible so the SRC and IRB can check them to be sure you have the correct forms.

Additional Forms Required for hazardous chemicals, activities or devices or regulated substances.
Includes DEA-controlled substances, prescription drugs, alcohol & tobacco, firearms and explosives, radiation, lasers, etc.  MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR to student experimentation.  Potato guns, bottle rocks, trebuchets, etc. are treated as hazardous devices by the ESDSEF.
