Academic Sponsor Program

The South Dakota State University College of Pharmacy has established the Pharmacy Academic Sponsors program. This new program will provide support for our special programs that take place throughout the academic year.

Pharmacy Academic Sponsors will support and, as appropriate and feasible, be recognized at all the following College of Pharmacy events and promotions: Hobo Day events, ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting Reception, Student Phonathon, Spring Convocation, APhA/ASP Annual Meeting Reception, SDSHP Annual Meeting, SDPHA Annual Convention, Pharmacy Magazine, Rho Chi Banquet, Pharmacy Awards Banquet, Advisory Council meetings, Development Council meetings, and the faculty retreat.

Pharmacy Academic Sponsors will be recognized and entitled to one interview booth at the annual Pharmacy Days events which facilitates the opportunity for companies to interact and interview students in the professional program.

Corporate support is essential to enable the College of Pharmacy to retain its standing as an outstanding program. The minimum annual commitment to be a Pharmacy Academic Sponsor is $5,000 per year.
