Alumnus of the Year
The College of Pharmacy Advisory Council is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Pharmacy Alumnus Award. The award recognizes a graduate of the SDSU College of Pharmacy that has served and advanced the profession of pharmacy and has been involved in community activities. The Council requests that nominations for the award should come from a colleague and include the following: 1. A brief cover letter explaining the nominee's contribution to the profession of pharmacy (past and continuing) and impressions of ways the individual has shown a commitment to the profession and to the community. 2. A brief biographical sketch (a curriculum vitae or resume' would be helpful). 3. An additional letter of support from a colleague or a member of the community. The above materials should be sent to Dean Brian Kaatz, SDSU COllege of Pharmacy, Box 2202C, Brookings SD 57007-0099 no later than September 15, 2008. If you would like to nominate a deserving individual and would like some help in gathering the appropriate information, please complete and submit the form found below. We will help you complete the nomination process.
