General Education Requirements:
(See the SDSU  Catalog for detailed explanation and list of courses.)

Of the credits listed below, as many as 6 credits can be readily placed in the professional phase of the pharmacy program.

Humanities and Arts/Diversity electives, 6 cr. See specific listing of Humanities and Arts/Diversity in SDSU Catalog (includes selected courses in art history, literature, music, foreign languages, philosophy, religion, and art).

Social Sciences/Diversity electives, 6 cr. See specific listing of Social Sciences/Diversity in SDSU Catalog (includes selected courses in anthropology, geography, history, political science, psychology, sociology, and macroeconomics).

Land and Natural Resources, 3 cr. See specific listing of courses of Land and Natural Resources courses in SDSU Catalog (includes environmental and resource management courses and Biol 101/101L).

Social and Cultural electives, 3 cr. See specific listing of Social and Cultural courses in SDSU Catalog (includes many courses in the social sciences and humanities with social and cultural emphasis).
