• Up to 20 nursing credits may be transferred from Associate degree or diploma programs.
• College courses with a grade of C will transfer.
• General core courses equivalent to SDSU courses transfer.

Graduation Requirements

• 59 credits of nursing and 69 credits of non-nursing (general education core and support courses).
• Complete 20 credits of nursing course work.

• South Dakota State University is accredited by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. 
• The College of Nursing's Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degree options are fully accredited by CCNE, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
