Application procedure for new students. Application is made to the Graduate School with the program in Nursing. Completed application packets will be accepted through March 1st each year for accepted students to begin coursework in the fall. The application package will be reviewed in a March meeting of the Graduate Admissions Committee and notification of the decision will be mailed by the Graduate School.

b. Application for College of Nursing Master of Science Degree Program (2-page form)
1. Class site selection - choose one
2. Specialization - choose one
3. Narrative - information of content required is provided on application form (section v.16)
c. Reference Forms
1. Graduate School Personal Reference Form - two (2) are required
2. One Nursing Reference Form
d. evidence of Liability Insurance - copy of personal liability insurance
e. Evidence of Professional Registration - send photo copy of RN license
f. Professional Employment Verification form
