With over 130 undergraduate students, 40 graduate students and a dynamic professional staff, the
Department of Nutrition, Food Science and Hospitality
has it all. The Department offers the Bachelor of
Science degree with majors in Hotel and Foodservice
Management (Foodservice Management specialization and
Hotel and Hospitality Management specialization) and
Nutrition and Food Science (Dietetics specialization,
Food Science specialization, and Nutritional Sciences
specialization), and minors in Nutrition, Hospitality,
and Food Safety. Graduate students have an
opportunity to emphasize in either nutrition or food
science. The Master of Science degree is available
through both the College of Family and Consumer
Sciences and the College of Agricultural and Biological
