The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, Dietetics Specialization Program prepares students for success in completing the dietetic internship programs and in entry-level practice. Dietetics is a profession concerned with the science and practice of human nutritional care, and with the social, economic, cultural and psychological implications of food and eating and its effects on human health and well being.
