Research
Professor Rowland is exploring the nation-wide tension within the professional market place between Interior Designers and Architects. At the state level, he is researching alternative design strategies and construction methods that address the social and cultural needs of Native American housing. Professor Rowland is also a practicing architect and provides designs for various additions and newly constructed buildings in surrounding communities.
