Research:

Ms. Trautman’s research is currently focused on community capacity building as it relates to strengthening the local leadership skills of adults and youth as a means to ultimately reduce poverty at the community level.    

Current Projects:

• Horizons II grant project funded by the Northwest Area Foundation of St. Paul, MN. 
• Leadership Development Training Program for Organizational Boards, Non-Profit Boards and Community Leadership Groups.
