Newsletters and Bulletins The SDLTAP publishes a quarterly newsletter. The newsletter contains articles usually written by the SDLTAP staff or individuals professionally involved with local governments in South Dakota. Articles cover subjects such as construction methods, new material application, maintenance techniques, and success stories. Special bulletins are also published by the SDLTAP. These bulletins cover new innovations and technology, or review new methods and ideas in the highway and bridge field. Topics covered in Special Bulletins are relevant to the day-to-day operations of local governments. Local government officials are encouraged to save these bulletins for future reference.
