Global Sales Manager
Full time position to direct global sales and marketing for conferences and online publications for international marketing/PR firm. The candidate will be selling sponsorships, media advertising and coordinating industry marketing. Strong communication skills, software skills and international travel is required.
This opportunity requires a BA degree in Marketing Communications, Journalism or English with a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in marketing and sales. A background in the energy or agriculture industry is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications: • 2 - 3 years of national or international sales experience • Ability to communicate with all levels of the management team • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and deadlines • Excellent project management and time-management skills • Ability to work well, independently and within a team environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate contracts • Excellent fiscal responsibility • Strong desire to successfully execute tasks, complete projects, achieve sales goals • Creative thinking and dynamic problem-solving skills • Computer competence - including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access skills.
