WEL 100 Wellness for Life (COM) (F/S/SS)........................................................1 This course introduces the importance and holistic nature of the six dimensions of personal wellness and fitness. The course will provide the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions which will lead to the development of a healthy lifestyle. Various issues related to the dimensions of wellness will be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to assess their current health status and identify potential risk factors.

This laboratory experience applies wellness concepts taught in WEL 100 lecture. Students will gain a level of understanding about ones personal fitness level as well as learn a variety of skills to enhance personal wellness.
