| The Department of HPER offers students a variety of academic areas in which studies may be pursued. Each discipline has its own requirements as well as key personnel to contact if more information is desired. The following undergraduate and graduate majors are offered by the HPER department. Undergraduate Majors Athletic Training Health Promotion Health, Physical Education, and Recreation including Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) Public Recreation, Graduate Major in HPER, with emphases in Sport Science or Pedagogy or Specialization in Athletic Training.
