This Policy Statement on the Retention of Syllabi, Final Exams, Class Grades, and Individual Student Folders was first published in 1995. It has been reviewed for currency and is for continued implementation.
The official student file is kept in the SDSU Records Office with the official academic record being the transcript. This policy addresses other records issues.
